More prize money for the ShootOut
Winner of SST 100 Earns North/South Shootout Spot

Perry NY, The last asphalt circle track event of 2011 is set for Saturday October 1st, 3pm. Race teams from across the region will gather for awesome BullRing competition and the crowning of the season champions at the 1/3rd mile Wyoming County Int Speedway Facility.

PGT Services inc. will provide additional funds to the SST Modified 100 event increasing the payout through out the center of the purse. Trucking company owner Paul Graff has always been a big supporter of regional short track racing competition, and his support to the teams will be greatly appreciated. Graff began marketing at WCIS several years ago promoting the Cup Lites Tour as well as the family businesses, Graff General Tire Services located in Attica.

The ‘ShootOut at the BullRing’ with a cowboy theme, continues to be a big event for race fans to finish out the season with a bang! Free weekend camping, open practice and party on Friday the night before, a full ticket of stock car competition on Saturday, followed by a Smash-N-Crash ‘Point to Point’ race to finish the show. The SST SuperStocks will run a 50 laps and the 4Cyl.Stocks will race 40laps. An expanded group of Vintage Stock Cars will also be on hand showing off the nostalgia of racing past ( tba additional divisions)

Race fans continue to accept Lap sponsors for any of the shootout races, this effort is also greatly appreciated by the teams and helps to show your support of the short track industry. Interested parties may also make their donation the day of the event or by sending correspondence to WCIS Lap Money, pobox 203 Perry NY 14530…choose your lap (if still Available) and receive recognition from WCIS Announcer Steven Petty.
